Quick Answer — What’s Probably Wrong

Before we go deep, here’s the honest truth: 90% of “I can’t log in to BetPro” cases in Pakistan come from just three problems.

  1. The domain is blocked by PTA — you need the new working link (fix takes 30 seconds)
  2. Your password is wrong — usually a typing or auto-fill issue (fix takes 1 minute)
  3. Your account is temporarily locked — from too many failed attempts (fix takes 15 minutes)

How BetPro Login Actually Works

Before troubleshooting, understand what you’re logging into. Your BetPro account lives on the platform called BetPro Exchange (also written BPExch, current domain bpexch.live). You log in with two things:

  1. Your username — this is your registered Pakistani mobile number (+92)
  2. Your password — the one you set yourself after your account was opened

If either is wrong, or the domain isn’t loading, login fails. That’s it. There are no other login methods (no email login, no Google sign-in, no social login).

Where to Log In

The official login URL changes because PTA blocks the domain periodically. As of 2026, the working domain rotates between bpexch.live and a few backup addresses. If you’re not sure which one is live, message us — we always know the current one.

Fix 1 — “The Page Won’t Open” (Blocked Domain)

This is the single most common BetPro login problem in Pakistan. You type the login URL, and either:

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) blocks online betting domains from time to time. When they block one, the platform switches to a new one. Your old bookmark doesn’t work anymore.

The Fix — 30 Seconds

A Note on VPNs

I generally don’t recommend VPNs for BetPro login in Pakistan. Most free VPNs are slow, some steal data, and paid ones are overkill for something we can solve in a WhatsApp message. Save the extra step and just ask us for the working link.

Fix 2 — “Wrong Username or Password” Error

You typed your login details, and BetPro says they’re incorrect. Try these fixes in order — most cases resolve within 2 minutes.

Check Your Mobile Number Format

Your username is your registered mobile number. Make sure you’re typing it in the exact format the system expects. Sometimes it needs the country code (+92), sometimes just the local number. If you’re not sure, try both:

Type the Password Manually — Don’t Auto-Fill

This one catches so many people. Auto-fill on your phone or browser sometimes adds an invisible space at the start or end of your password. Turn off auto-fill for the login page, then type the password by hand. Make sure Caps Lock is off.

Are You Using the Temporary Password?

When we opened your account, we sent you a temporary password. If you changed it after your first login (which you should), the temporary one no longer works. Try the new password you set yourself.

If you never changed the temporary password, message us — we’ll walk you through it and reset if needed.

Still Not Working?

If you’ve tried three different variations and it’s still wrong, don’t keep guessing. After 5 wrong attempts, BetPro temporarily locks the account for security (see Fix 5). Stop, and use the “forgot password” flow instead.

Fix 3 — Forgot Your Password? Reset It in 2 Minutes

Password resets are simple. Here’s the honest process.

Self-Service Reset (Fastest)

  1. Open the BetPro login page (ask us for the current working URL if needed)
  2. Click “Forgot Password”
  3. Enter your registered +92 mobile number
  4. You’ll receive an SMS with a reset code — usually within 60 seconds
  5. Enter the code, then set a new password

Done. Total time: under 2 minutes.

What If the Reset SMS Doesn’t Arrive?

Sometimes SMS delivery is slow — especially if your carrier is having a bad day. Wait 3 minutes. If nothing arrives, tap “resend code.” If it still doesn’t arrive after 5 minutes, message me on WhatsApp and I’ll reset your password manually. Usually takes another 5 minutes.

Setting a Strong New Password

When you set your new password, please make it something only you know:

Real support (including us) will never ask you for your password after you set it. Anyone who does is a scammer.

Fix 4 — “OTP Code Not Received”

You entered your password correctly, but BetPro is asking for an SMS code — and no SMS arrives. Here’s what to try.

Wait Longer, Then Resend

SMS codes usually arrive in 30 seconds. Sometimes carriers are slow. Wait 2–3 minutes before tapping resend.

Check the Number the Code Was Sent To

Look at the login screen. If it shows the code was sent to a different number than the one you’re holding, your account may be registered under a different phone number. Message us with your name and the current number you’re holding, and we’ll help you sort it out.

Try a Different Carrier or Wi-Fi

Sometimes SMS gets stuck at a specific carrier. If you have another SIM in a family member’s phone (with your permission), see if you can log in from a different network.

Ask Us to Disable 2FA Temporarily

If nothing works, message me on WhatsApp. I can temporarily disable your SMS 2FA so you can log in and reset it once inside. Re-enable it after.

Fix 5 — Account Locked or Suspended

You see a message that says your account is locked, suspended, or blocked. There are three main reasons this happens.

Reason A — Too Many Failed Login Attempts

If you (or someone else) typed the wrong password 5+ times in a row, the platform locks the account for 30 minutes as an anti-hacking measure. Wait 30 minutes, then try again with the correct password.

If you can’t remember the correct password after the wait, use the Forgot Password reset (Fix 3).

Reason B — Long Inactivity

If your account hasn’t been logged into for 30+ days, some accounts get put in inactive status. Message us with your registered mobile number and we’ll reactivate it — usually within 15 minutes.

Reason C — Compliance Review

Sometimes accounts get flagged for review after unusual activity — a very large deposit, multiple failed OTP attempts, or logins from a new location. This is the platform doing its job to protect you. Message support with your registered mobile number and ID; most compliance holds clear within 24 hours.

Fix 6 — App Login Not Working

If you’re trying to log in on the BetPro Android APK and it’s failing, try these in order.

Update the App

Older APK versions sometimes stop working when the platform updates its servers. Uninstall the old APK, then download the latest one from us. Message us and we’ll send the current safe download link.

Clear the App Cache

Go to your phone’s Settings → Apps → BetPro → Storage → Clear Cache. Don’t tap “Clear Data” (that will delete your saved login info). Just cache. Then try again.

Check Your Internet

The app needs a working internet connection to reach the login servers. If your mobile data or Wi-Fi is slow, the login can time out. Try switching between data and Wi-Fi.

Fallback to the Website

If the app just won’t cooperate, log in through your mobile browser instead. It’s the same account and the same platform.

Fix 7 — Login Loading Forever / Blank Page

The login page opens, but after you enter your details, it just spins forever or shows a blank white screen.

Clear Your Browser Cache

Old cached files are the usual culprit. In your browser settings, clear cache and cookies for the past hour, then try again.

Try Incognito / Private Mode

Incognito mode blocks cache and extensions, so if login works in incognito, the fix is to clear your normal browser’s cache more thoroughly.

Try a Different Browser

If you’re on Chrome, try Firefox. If you’re on Safari, try Chrome. Sometimes browser updates cause temporary compatibility issues that a different browser fixes instantly.

Turn Off Ad Blockers

Ad blockers and privacy extensions sometimes block the scripts BetPro needs to load. Turn them off just for the login page and try again.

How to Protect Your Login

Once you’re back in, keep it that way. Five simple rules I give every player.

 Use a Unique Password

Never reuse your Facebook, Gmail, or JazzCash password. A password used only for BetPro is one password less that can be exposed if another site gets hacked.

Turn On SMS Login Codes

Go to Settings → Security and enable SMS 2FA if it’s not already on. This blocks the majority of attempts to steal your account, because a thief also needs your phone.

Never Share Your Password

Not with us. Not with “BetPro support” calling you. Not with a friend. Real support never asks for your password. Anyone who does is trying to steal your account.

Bookmark the Login Page

Save the working login URL to your browser bookmarks and always use that. Don’t click login links from WhatsApp forwards, SMS messages, or emails — those are almost always fake pages built to catch your password.

Rule 5 — Log Out on Shared Devices

If you ever log in on someone else’s phone or a public computer, log out when you’re done. Don’t tick “remember me.”

Common Scams to Avoid When You Need Login Help

When people can’t log in, they get desperate. Scammers know this and target Pakistani BetPro users searching for login help. Watch out for these.

Fake “Login Recovery” Services on Telegram

Random Telegram channels promising to “recover your BetPro login for PKR 500” are almost always scams. They either take your money and disappear, or they steal your account. Real help services (like ours) don’t charge for login help.

WhatsApp Numbers Copying Ours

Fake Password Reset Emails

How to Keep Your New Account Safe

Five simple rules prevent almost every account problem we see.

Rule 1 — Change the Temporary Password Immediately

The password we send is temporary. Change it within your first minute of logging in. Only you should ever know your real password.

Register as “Shani” when your CNIC says “Shan Ali” and your first withdrawal will get stuck on name mismatch. Always use your exact CNIC name.

Mistake 3 — Trusting Random Telegram Channels

“Guaranteed Winning” Sellers

“Guaranteed winning account”, “sure-shot cricket tips for PKR 5,000” — all scams. There is no guaranteed way to win at betting. None.

“Password Verification” Messages

Anyone asking for your password “to fix an issue” is a scammer. Block and report.

Cloned Login Pages

Fake login pages look identical to real ones. Type the URL yourself or use your bookmark — never a forwarded link.

How to Deposit to Your BetPro Account with Easypaisa & JazzCash

Adding money to your BetPro (BPExch) account is the step where most new players get stuck — or
get scammed. This guide shows you exactly how a safe deposit works with Easypaisa and JazzCash,
how long it takes, what it costs, and what to do if your balance doesn’t update.

Quick summary: minimum deposit is Rs. 500, most deposits show up in
1–5 minutes, and we never charge a service fee on top. You must be
18 or older to play.

What you need before you start

Make sure you have these four things ready. It keeps the whole process under five minutes:

  • An active BetPro (BPExch) account — if you don’t have one yet, see our
    account opening help first.
  • An Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet with enough balance (minimum Rs. 500 plus your
    wallet’s own transfer fee, if any).
  • The current deposit number — always request it fresh from our
    email or WhatsApp. Never use a number from a Facebook group or a
    forwarded message.
  • A way to take a screenshot of your payment confirmation. The Transaction ID
    (TID) on it is your proof.

Depositing with Easypaisa — step by step

  1. Message us first. Tell us your BetPro username and the amount you want to
    deposit. We reply with the current Easypaisa deposit details.
  2. Open your Easypaisa app and choose Send Money → To Easypaisa account
    (or Money Transfer, depending on your app version).
  3. Enter the number we sent you — double-check every digit before confirming.
    Money sent to a wrong number is very hard to recover.
  4. Enter the amount (Rs. 500 or more) and complete the transfer with your
    wallet PIN.
  5. Screenshot the confirmation showing the amount and the Transaction ID (TID).
  6. Send us the screenshot with your BetPro username. We verify it and your
    account balance is updated — usually within 1–5 minutes.

Depositing with JazzCash — step by step

The JazzCash flow is almost identical. Ask us for the current JazzCash deposit number, then in
your JazzCash app choose Send Money → JazzCash account, enter the number and amount,
and confirm with your PIN. Screenshot the receipt — JazzCash shows the TID on the confirmation
screen and in your transaction history — and send it to us with your username.

One small difference worth knowing: JazzCash sometimes holds transfers for a few extra minutes
during nightly maintenance (usually after midnight). If you deposit late at night, allow a little
more time before worrying.

What if your deposit doesn’t show up?

Don’t panic — late deposits are almost always one of these four things:

  • The screenshot wasn’t sent. We can only credit a deposit we can verify.
    Send the receipt with the TID visible and your BetPro username.
  • Wallet network delay. Easypaisa and JazzCash occasionally queue transfers
    during peak hours or maintenance. Wait 15 minutes, then check your wallet history — if the
    money left your wallet, the TID will prove it.
  • A digit was mistyped. If the money went to a wrong number, contact your
    wallet’s helpline immediately (Easypaisa: 3737, JazzCash: 4444) — and tell us too, so we can
    confirm nothing arrived on our side.
  • Username mix-up. If you gave a wrong or misspelled BetPro username, the
    credit can go astray. Always copy-paste your exact username.

If 30 minutes pass and your balance still hasn’t updated, message us
with the TID, the amount, the time you sent it, and your username. Keep the original receipt
until the deposit is confirmed — it’s your proof of payment.

Five safety rules for every deposit

  • Never share your password or OTP — not with us, not with anyone. We never
    ask for them.
  • Only use contact details shown on this website. Scammers copy sites like
    BetPro and post fake “agent” numbers in groups.
  • Confirm the deposit number every time. Numbers can change; always request
    the current one before sending.
  • Keep every receipt until the money appears in your BetPro balance.
  • Start small. If it’s your first deposit, send the minimum first and confirm
    it arrives before sending more.

Can I deposit less than Rs. 500?

No — Rs. 500 is the minimum for our assisted service. Smaller transfers can’t be credited
and refunding them costs you the wallet fee twice.

Do you charge a fee on deposits?

No, we don’t add any service fee. The only possible cost is your wallet’s own transfer
charge, which Easypaisa or JazzCash shows before you confirm.

Can I deposit from a bank account instead?

Right now we support Easypaisa and JazzCash because they’re the fastest to verify. If you

How do I withdraw my winnings later?

Withdrawals go back to your Easypaisa or JazzCash number, minimum Rs. 1,000, usually within
